ClickPromo | Promotional Product websites

ClickPromo websites are designed to let you showcase your products and allow your customers to place enquiries online.

Each ClickPromo site has an enquiry form pre-built into it, the form allows your customers to browse for products and click 'add to enquiry' this allows the addition of multiple products to an enquiry basket, which can then be submitted to you by the customer.

Once submitted, the form is downloaded into your PromoServe or TransAction system and emailed to the dedicated customer service email address for the website. The request will detail the full product specification that the customer was looking at including any imprint details and quantities.

At this point an automated email is also sent out to the customer, to advise them that the enquiry has been received and you will be in touch regarding their request! What could be simpler!
