Along with the functionality that ClickPromo Plus offers, our eCommerce websites allow customers to place orders online, which are downloaded into PromoServe & TransAction and emailed to your dedicated customer services address.

When placing an order on a ClickPromo website, you can configure your site to allow customers to

1) Order on Account - this will allow any known users that you prefer to invoice on account to place orders without linking to a payment system.
2) Pay for order with a payment card - this allows your customers to pay for the order before it is submitted to you.

The sales order will detail the full product specification that the customer has ordered including product prices, additional costs, delivery charges & vat.

At point of order an automated email is sent out to the customer, to advise them that the order has been received, auto updates are also sent to the customer when the status of the order changes, allowing your customer to know exactly where their order is, without needing to ring you!
